

Practicing in Vermont since 1994, Attorney Behrens has concentrated his work in personal injury and criminal matters. After graduating from Vermont Law School in 1993, he worked at Theriault & Joslin in Montpelier until 1998. While in Montpelier, Attorney Behrens gained the experience and skill as a personal injury trial lawyer having tried numerous cases in almost every county of Vermont.
Attorney Behrens moved to Burlington and worked at Jarvis & Kaplan until he established his own firm in 2003 in Burlington with the idea of serving the needs of Addison, Chittenden, Franklin and Washington county areas.

Lenette A. MacDonald, paralegalLenette worked for over 20 years for the State of Maine, Judicial Branch in the Clerk of Courts office at the York County Superior Court. Some of the different types of cases which she handled were: Criminal Traffic Cases to Murder Appeals; Civil Minor Settlements to Major Civil Trials. When Lenette left the Court in 2009 her position was Associate Clerk, Head of the Civil Division. During her years with the Court, she not only served on the Judicial Branch Education Team but was a Union Steward. Lenette resides in South Burlington with her husband, Tom.
